United Uniform Special Orders Policy

We at United Uniform are committed to offering the best and latest products to our customers. We carry many more items than are shown on our website and are working hard to add more every day. If you do not see a certain product on our website, contact us and we will see if we can obtain it for you. Items that appear on our website with our Special Order Logo are items that fall under our Special Orders Policy. Please review our policy before placing your order with us.

To order stock or non-stock special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable / non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancellable / non-returnable except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt. If this occurs, you must contact Gary Martin within 24 business hours of receipt for further instructions. The special order items, if defective, may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY for the same item. Manufacturers vary in delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. As strict as this may sound, we have your best interests in mind.
