Return and Exchange Policy



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Any Merchandise purchased from United Uniform is fully returnable as long as it is still in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show our (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number, any returns sent to United Uniform without receiving a prior RMA will be returned to the sender unopened. Returns must be made within 20 days of date of invoice, and a 15% restocking fee is applicable on any return not due to an error on the part of UnitedUniform.com. All returned items sent back without an RMA or in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their return shipment, United Uniform Co., Inc. reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

Canadian Orders:
Shipping Fees shown at checkout are fees to the US/Canadian Border only. Any additional Shipping Fees, Brokerage Fees and Misc. Government Fees are the responsibility of the customer. If delivery is refused or returned without a approved R/A by Canadian Customers and items are returned any fees incurred due to the return will not be reimbursed to the customer and a restocking fee of 15% will apply to the return as well. Once these fees have been applied any remaining funds will be credited to the customer accordingly.

United Uniform reserves the right to refuse refunds/returns and exchanges of any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:

  • Obvious wear & tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise; kinks in watch bands; tears and holes in garments; scratches on sunglass and/or goggle lenses.
  • Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, anti-perspirant stains, makeup, etc.
  • Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc.
  • Cat, dog or other animal hair
  • Protective packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.
  • Related warranty paperwork, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
  • Tags have been removed from garments
  • Certain products containing liquid material such as pepper sprays, gun lubricants and cleaning products are not eligible for return.

Please note:
All purchase order sales are considered final! Under this condition, merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt. If this occurs, you must contact Gary Martin within 24 business hours of receipt for further instructions. If you return a purchase order without notifying United Uniform prior to return, your package(s) may be refused and additional handling/shipping fees may be incurred.

All special order sales are considered final! Under this condition, merchandise ordered under the Special Order Policy are NOT RETURNABLE except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt.If this occurs, you must contact Gary Martin within 24 business hours of receipt for further instructions. The special order items if defective may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY for the same item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you are in receipt of an item that is defective, the item must be returned to us within 20 days of the buyer's receipt of defective merchandise. We DO NOT issue call tags. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our returns department, a new item will be shipped out to you. You will not be charged a reshipment fee.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you have decided to *exchange an item purchased from us within the past 20 days, you may contact us via our online form below. Please be clear on what you are exchanging. On all exchanges you will be responsible for shipping fees of the new item.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS
If you have decided to *return an item purchased from us within the past 20 days you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before the items will be accepted. Items being returned will have a re-stocking fee of 15% applied and shipping fees are non-refundable. In order to receive an RMA# you must complete the following steps.

(1) Start by filling out the form below.

(2) Please be sure to fill the form out completely. You may also provide additional information about your return in the information section of this page. Lastly, you will need to specify which items from this order that you are requesting to be returned. Once this information is completed, you can click the “submit” button to submit your return request. Please note that any order outside of the return policy of 20 days will not receive an approved RMA number.

(3) If the return is approved, an RMA number will be assigned and e-mailed to you. You will then need to repackage the item making sure to clearly write the (RMA) Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Also include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip with a brief explanation of the item or item's being returned.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

(5) Once the item has been received, we will credit the full amount of the item minus the shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee to the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges processing take up to seven business days to process.

  • Customized merchandise may not be returned.
  • Footwear that has been worn may not be returned.
  • Purchase order sales and special order sales may not be returned.
  • Due to Health Code policies, underwear garments and socks may not be returned.
  • We will refuse refunds/returns and exchanges not in the original packaging. Item's will be returned and not accepted.
  • Please note that on occassion we may substitute an item if appropriate.
