Description

The Baker Batshield® is a lightweight, very portable, highly mobile and extremely protective ballistic shield that allows both hands on the primary weapon.

• Ballistic Capability: 9MM 124gr. FMC Exceeding 1700 F.P.S. Designed in accordance with NIJ-STD- 0108.01, Threat Level IIIA.
• Ballistic Material: Multi-curved polyethylene plastic composite.
• Covering Materials: Strike face, Nomex®. Body side, Nylon. All fabric foam backed.
• Standard Equipment: Shield, breakaway carry case, second weapon guide, weapon guide change-out tool, belt keeper/lanyard extender strap, POLICE or SHERIFF identification banner (other ID banners available on special order).
• Operating Temperature Range: 5º F through 130º F
• Storage Temperature Range: -30º F through 165º F
• Temperature Monitor: Permanent thermo-sensitive maximum environment sensor records maximum temperature attained.
