Description

A training version of the Baker Batshield® is available. It is recommended that the ballistic Baker Batshield® be used only during actual law enforcement live operations, in order to minimize wear.

Nearly identical in weight, function and design to the actual ballistic version, the Training Baker Batshield® is designed to endure the typically rough treatment encountered during frequent training programs, including full strikes with batons to simulate high-energy handgun and sub-machinegun impacts upon the shield. In addition to highly visible written placards, the metallic weapon notch and weapon guide are permanently colored training blue to clearly and permanently differentiate this shield as TRAINING USE ONLY.
