Made with high performance polyethylene fibers, this plate is among the lightest in the industry. Certified as “stand alone” under NIJ Standard 0101.04 for Type III ballistic protection, these plates will defeat rifle threats and offer multiple hit capabilities as specified by the NIJ standard. Weight 3.0 lbs. NIJ Level III threat level-7.62 x 51 M80 NATO ball and 7.62 x 39 mild steel core. Size 10” x 12”.
