How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) from our Buffalo, NY warehouses. If the item is not in-stock we will ship the item to you the same day it arrives to us from the manufacturer which is about 7-10 days if the manufacturer is out of stock on merchandise the delivery times may be delayed. To help ensure that you can get everything you need as quickly as possible, we do sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer (Drop Ship). In these instances, processing times are a little longer, and this is when it can take up to 7 business days for your item to ship. Please note if your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Once your item ships it can take up to 7 business days* to arrive depending on where you live in the country. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item ships that will give you an exact date.
*Please note that delivery times are estimates and are in no way a guarantee. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. United Uniform cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our warehouse. As such, United Uniform does not offer refunds of shipping costs.
